What is the order turnaround time?
Most orders are dispatched within 48 hours of payment confirmation. For orders with custom branding the lead time is typically 3–5 business days.
Can I order a product sample?
Yes, we offer samples of selected products. Contact us by e-mail or phone and we'll prepare an individual quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept BLIK, instant bank transfers, Visa/Mastercard (via TPay), PayPal and traditional bank wire transfer.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes, we issue a VAT invoice with every order. We operate on a B2B basis — a valid tax ID number is required when placing an order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to all EU countries. Free European delivery on orders over EUR 45. For countries outside the EU, please contact us for a quote.
